Khrushchev Castro Kissin Kuzzins Nodders 1960s Mache Bobbleheads and Box Vintage
This is a cool relic of the 1960s, a set of Nikita Khrushchev and Fidel Castro Nodders. Cold war allies, they are depicted as “Kissin Kuzzins”, with magnetic heart shaped lips. Just bring them close together and they “kiss”. SIZE: 4 1/2 tall. COLORS: Krushchev in blue, Castro in army green. MATERIAL: appears to be papier mache. EXTRA: Original box w/ Kissin Kuzzins label. CONDITION: Each nodder has some issues: Castro’s hat has a large chip in the bill, various tiny pinhead sized nicks, small scratch (not through paint) in lower jacket. Khrushchev has a crack in his face, and some dings in the top of his head. Various other tiny nicks. See all photos for examples. Box is pasteboard, and has bends and creases, small rips in top edges.
