There only thing i could knock it for is the back of the head near the spring is chipped and paint is faded in spots but these are hand painted so it’s possible it came that way originally. This listing is for the Houston Astros Mini Nodder. He was made sometime after the original set of minis, probably a team sponsored and issued doll, he stands 4 and one half inches tall and he’s still considered to be part of the mini set. However, the workmanship on these dolls, as compared to the other 1961 minis is simply absent. They’re spotty, flaky and even the decal on his hat is missing a third. EXTREMELY RARE ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING. Unpaid item cases open after 2 days and close after 6 days. 1 vintage Bobblehead used and without packaging. Only displayed for a short time and then placed in storage. This is the extremely hard to find version with the cowboy hat and striped jersey. Has been in storage for many years. Does have hairline fractures and cracks on the neck and face. From my research it’s definitely not the remake from the 1990s. Also this particular striped jersey seems very uncommon. Theres a little imperfection on his upper left lip that’s from the factory. A few scuffs here and there. This is all original with the green base and cowboy hat. About 7″ x 3″ x 3. From a smoker’s home. I did my best to wipe most of the dust and real sticky grime off of this one. It can still be much cleaner but I wanted to make it presentable. Seemed to have spent a bit of time displayed and was quite dusty and had that grimy smokers tar on the hat. Used some warm water and soap to clean. Check out my other items.
