This is a vintage souvenir bobble head from Jasper Canada. It stands about 7 tall and is made of painted plaster. It is marked Japan and has a magnet on the bottom so it could be affixed to an old school dash board. It is in great condition and displays very well. You’ll love this bear!

This listing is for the Smoky the Bear Nodder. He was made in 1962, is part of the “Advertising” Bobbin Head set and stands 6 inches tall. Smokey the Bear first appeared in a Ad campaign on August 9th 1944 to prevent forest fires. A real bear cub was rescued after a fire in New Mexico and named Smokey by the fire fighters that rescued him. He lived out his life in the National Zoo in Washington DC and died in 1976.
