Offered here is a great looking vintage 1960s Green Bay Packers bobblehead doll from the era of Lombardi, Bart Starr, Paul Hornung and Ray Nitchske. This nodder has a label on the bottom identifying Pro Novelty of Chicago as the maker, but the doll looks similar to those made by Sports Specialties of Los Angeles with the gold sticker on the bottom. The bobble was manufactured in Japan and has its original decals. The head is remarkably good condition with virtually no missing paper mache under the chin and neck (see photo). The decals are in good condition with some minor material as shown in the photos. Overall, this is one of the better specimens I have seen of this highly desirable mid-century Packers nodder.
