This classic stadium novelty collectible is made from period papier-mâché / composition material and stands approximately 6.5 tall on its dark navy blue square base. It features hand-painted details, rosy cheeks, side-glancing eyes, the classic TC cap emblem, and cursive Twins chest script. The underside of the hollow base is stamped “MADE IN JAPAN” in black ink, confirming it as a genuine period 1960s import. Type: Bobblehead / Nodder. Base Style: Square blue base. Material: Papier-mâché / composition. Marking: Made in Japan stamp on underside. Vtg pre-owned condition with excellent display appeal. The back of the head has a crack as seen in the photos. Even though it has a crack, the area is sturdy. The head does not bobble at all. The head can be moved around as seen in the photos. It tends to stay fixated wherever you place the head. If you look back in under the head you can see the spring is really stretched and bent. A part of the spring is near the base of the head as seen in photos. As with any Bobblehead there are paint imperfections and markings. The neck is not visible while being displayed because of the spring problem. The last few photos show the neck and the stretched spring can be seen as well. Very cool and rare Bobblehead.

I believe this to be from 1968. Its in excellent condition! There only thing i could knock it for is the back of the head near the spring is chipped and paint is faded in spots but these are hand painted so it’s possible it came that way originally.
