ANTIQUE PAPIER PAPER MACHE Glass Eyes Nodder Bobblehead VINTAGE CIRCUS ELEPHANT. A, circa 1900, papier-mache bobble head or nodder elephant. He has flocking over the papier-mache, glass eyes, and glass tusks. He is a darker gray then shown in the photos (more like the photo looking down at him and from behind). This antique elephant measures approximately 8 1/2″ long x about 5″ high. He is in good condition with no breaks or apparent repairs and I don’t see any flocking missing. He does have some minor wear and soiling, from age and use. There must have been something else attached to each side of his saddle blanket because there is glue residue. This is a very rare, antique, papier-mache Elephant Nodder that will certainly compliment any collection! Being offered with no reserve.
