Vintage 1960’s Chicago Cubs Bobble Head Nodder Sports Specialties Gold Base Japan. This is an authentic vintage Chicago Cubs mascot bobblehead from the 1960’s. It has the original Sports Specialties sticker on the bottom stating that it is made in Japan. This nodder has the harder to find gold base and the mascot is holding a bat. As shown in the photos, you will see the wear and aging of the nodder which includes lots of paint peeling on different areas of the figure. There is damage to the right ear at the tip. Plus, there is a paper towel tucked inside the head around the spring which does not affect the nodder from nodding, and the head is still attached to the neck by the spring. You will receive the item in the condition as found and pictured. It measures 7″ H x 3″ W x 3 D. All reasonable offers will be considered!
