Rare 1962 Vintage Baltimore Oriole Black version bobblehead NrMt+
This is the rare African American/Black Oriole bobble head in near mint condition. The back story is thus. Before my father passed away at age 86, he remarked that there was a treasure under the basement stairs of his apartment. I found the Oriole bobble head as well as a Pittsburgh Pirate nodder c1967 in a glass jar under said stairs. He must of been aware of what it represented so I have no doubt of its authenticity. It is in remarkably good shape as these things can chip/crack easily. It has a small indentation at the jaw line behind the ear. You have to look for it, otherwise it would go unnoticed.
