Vintage Fidel Castro Nikita Kruschev Kissin Kuzzins Nodder Bobble Head Cold War Satire. Offered is a pair of rare Kissin’ Kuzzins nodder / bobble head figurines depicting Fidel Castro and Nikita Kruschev in satirical caricature. Made of light ceramic; measure tall; x at the base. This set is one of the more lighthearted artifacts from the Cold War period. When the figures are brought face to face, concealed magnets join them at the lips, making their heads bobble simultaneously to humorous effect. Kruschev is good condition overall, with minimal losses and wear appropriate to age; there is a tight stable hairline at the back of his head. Castro looks like he has taken a fall at some point: his head has been glued back on at the shoulders; a broken section at the back of his head has been repaired, and there is loss to the paint in a spot on the front dege of the base. The repairs do not were not particularly expert but are stable and do not detract from the presentation of the piece. Please look over the photos and consider them part of the description.
