This is a great find. It is the Vintage l960 Portland Beavers Baseball Bobblehead Nodder in excellent condition. It is the first in a series of three and is extremely rare and hard to come by! Measures approx 6.5 inches tall. I could find no damage. There is a string attached to the spring which was probably a price tag but I did not attempt to remove it.
