In spite of its age and paint loss, this old bobble-head retains remarkable charm and character. The hand-painted eyes are expressive and the many molded details of his body and outfit stand out in sharp relief. Our antique and vintage Nodder research identified only a handful of old Monkey-themed nodders, none of which matched the design of this one. We also found few examples where the base and body were molded of the same material as this is.
