Vintage German Halloween Duck Bobble Head Candy Container (New Old Stock)
The items all appear to date from the 1930s through the 1950s. His Grandfather, as I found out later, had owned and operated a toy store where he both made and distributed toys. These items are all new old store stock and have never been circulated. There were hundreds of different items ranging from large quantities of inexpensive pieces to one of a kind store displays costing thousands of dollars. Needless to say, I could only afford a few of the more inexpensive items. I have included a couple of pictures of items as photographed in Germany. It is made of cardboard and composition and measures approximately 7.5 in height. It has a spring neck and is stamped Germany on the bottom. Note the break in the bottom of the container.
