It looks like the prior owner tried to make it look less yellowed by using some white shoe polish mostly on the bottom areas of his legs and base. It’s hard to tell if is has been repaired, but there is some damage and cracks around the base and where his feet connect with the base. Some damage visible under his jaw, on his nose, and on his left leg near the microphone cord. The head bobbles just as it is supposed to. He’s been sitting on my desk for at least six months, because I’ve been trying to see if another one gets listed and see what it went for. No such luck for me.
