This delightful, 9 1/2 inch tall, antique German, paper mache, “Bobble head”, Easter or holiday, BUNNY BRIDE, candy container, circa 1915, is exceedingly rare. Bunny rabbit has a strong, metal spring neck that gives her animation and is signed on the base: Germany. She still has all her original parts and iridescent painted surface along with that fantastic crepe paper bridal veil and crown! She wears a long molded gown with short sleeves with molded ruffles, black shoes and carries a bouquet of colorful flowers with a large molded white bow. She has lovely big brown painted eyes and stands on a mound of painted green grass. She is in excellent general condition with just a small chip in the ruffle on the side of her skirt edge and some light paint chips, as shown. She has no stains or water damage, no cracks or repairs and is from a smoke free home. She’ll make a terrific wedding or holiday decoration. Other bunny rabbit items are not included and listed separately. Please note: nearly all of our items are antique or vintage (usually with some signs of wear due to usage and previous storage).
