This is a vintage, nodder style, New York Mets bobblehead. This is the Green Base version with the character shown smiling (no teeth showing and no hair under bill). As far as I know bobblehead has never been repaired and shows no damage or cracks other than some general wear from age. I chose to leave it there, but inspected that there is no damage to the spring. Please see photos and ask if you would like a closer look at any part. Thanks for looking, feel free to make an offer!
